Mr. Lovemark is the President of i.e. Engineering and offers extensive skill and knowledge in the engineering, design, and construction field. His background in public works and engineering consulting has given him a broad base of experience in the many facets of project management and design of subdivisions, roadways, utilities, water and sewer systems. Mr. Lovemark has been with the firm since its inception in 1991. During this time he has built good working relationships with key personnel in most of the local governing agencies and with private developers as well.

David T. Buhl, P.E.

Mr. Buhl is a Registered Professional Engineer in Oregon with over 20 years of construction and design engineering experience. He has 7 years in construction with the Oregon Department of Transportation, 8 years of construction, contract administration and design engineering with Josephine County Public Works. Mr. Buhl has been with i.e. Engineering, Inc. since January of 2000.

Alex M. Palm, P.E.

Mr. Palm is a Registered Professional Engineer in Arizona and Oregon with over 12 years of public and private engineering experience. Mr. Palm has been with i.e. Engineering, Inc. since April 2004 and has been the design engineer on numerous projects throughout southern Oregon. In December 2006 Mr. Palm joined Mr. Lovemark in partnership of i.e. Engineering.

Daryn Anderson, P.E.

Mr. Anderson has over 17 years of engineering experience in the private sector. He has been employed with i.e. Engineering since May 1998. From 1993-1998, he worked for HLB & Associates, Inc. in Tillamook County, Oregon. For the past ten years, Mr. Anderson has been a designer and project manager on a wide variety of residential and commercial projects. Projects have included major street and utility reconstruction, site grading and utility plans for both private and commercial developments, subdivisions, partitions and high density manufactured home parks.

Erik D. Ranger, P.E.

Mr. Ranger began working for i.e. Engineering in February 2005. Prior to i.e. Engineering, Mr. Ranger worked for a large consulting firm in Portland, Oregon performing drainage and water quality design in support of large roadway and bridge projects for state, county, local agencies and private clients. Mr. Ranger also has public agency work experience, having worked as an intern for the City of Gresham while attending school. Prior to attending university, Mr. Ranger spent four years in the Air Force, receiving an honorable discharge.
As an employee with i.e. Engineering, Inc. Mr. Ranger has been directly involved with the design of multiple subdivisions including roadway designs, drainage, utilities, and grading.

Ronald A. Quimby, RLS

Mr. Quimby is a Registered Land Surveyor in the State of Oregon and California with over 45 years experience in the surveying field. Prior to working for i.e. Engineering, Inc., Mr. Quimby was employed for 23 years by AA Surveying Service, Inc. Mr. Quimby has extensive knowledge of property surveys ranging from small lot surveys to control and triangulation networks and cadastral surveys.

Jim Ferris
Surveyor/Construction Observer

Mr. Ferris began working for i.e. Engineering, Inc. in 1999 on the survey field crew and later worked into the position of crew chief. In 2004, Jim began inspecting projects, which includes ensuring projects comply with agency specifications and requirements, witnessing various tests and computing contractor materials and labor for proper payment.
